I had another strategy session with Chrysallis HR today. Having a business plan is one part of the puzzle; this session was practical implementation where Christine showed me how to achieve my goals through the people in my business.

I now have an achievable and step-by-step action plan for the next 6 months. More than that, I have an insight into the emotions and thoughts of my future team and licensees. Two hours, every 6 months; totally worth it! Thanks Christine

Chrysallis you’ve made my job so much easier!  It’s so great that our tradies don’t have to come into the office to sign forms and letters, or to find out about company policies – with our online system they can read and sign or acknowledge anything I send them while they’re out on the road, saving time all round, and keeping us compliant. The timesheet integration directly into Xero is amazing and it makes it so easy for us that our staff can see their payslips, fill out timesheets and put in a leave application all from the same place.  It keeps things simple for me to manage a big team while ensuring that we maintain compliance.

The challenge for small business is how to keep on top of current HR issues AND ensure that my business meets all HR requirements as they change at a cost that is affordable.
